Description
The PPG 1st to 4th set to suit 5 speed WRX gearbox utilises the stock 5th gear and provides close ratio dog engagement gears from 1st through to 4th.
Primarliy used for drag racing and high performance street duties this set has proven its capabilities many 9 second drag racing vehicles the world over. (1st-5th gears pictured, 5th gear not included)
PPG gearsets allow you to mix and match straight cut and helical options with the Suabru 5 speed. A common option use is Straight cut for 1st/2nd and Helical Cut for 3rd/4th.
*NOTE - This gearset is based off the MY99 Gearbox, when fitting installing into earlier or later model gearbox's some OEM Subaru parts are required to convert the gearbox to MY99 Spec to allow the gearset to be used. Contact us for more info.
