Hi Octane Racing - RB Trigger Kit (CAM/CRANK/BOTH)

HOW TO INSTALL HI OCTANE RACING TRIGGER KITS FOR RB (CAM/CRANK/BOTH)

 

 

CAM TRIGGER KIT Includes:

• 1 x Cam Sensor Mount           
• 1 x Cam Trigger                     
• 3 x M6 x 30 Cap Head Bolt
• 1 x Crank Sensor Mount         
• 1 x Crank Gear                       
• 3 x M4 x 10 Countersunk Bolt
• 1 x Trigger Wheel                  
• 2 x Hall Effect Sensor             
• 2 x M6 x 55 Countersunk Bolt
• 2 x Alloy Spacer                      
• 3 x Flat Washer                      
• 3 x Spring Washer

 

Fit the camshaft trigger using the 4 X M7 bolts Supplied , blue lock tight must be used. The taller of the two triggers must be lined up with the top dead centre timing mark on the exhaust side.

 

Bolt cam sensor plate in and tighten down, line up long trigger on wheel with hole on cap and wind sensor in until trigger touches wheel and unscrew one and a half turns - giving roughly a 1mm gap. 

 

Fit the trigger wheel to crank sprocket using the supplied bolts, blue lock tight must be used. The rear guide washer must be retained however the front guide washer is no longer required

.

 

Modify the lower timing cover and oil pump housing to allow fitment of the lower sensor mount. Fit lower sensor mount using bolts & spacers supplied, blue lock tight must be used. Set sensor clearance to 1mm and lock using the supplied grub screw .
