The FK8 Civic Type R redefined what a front-wheel-drive performance car could be — a 228kW turbocharged machine that set lap records at the Nürburgring and became the benchmark for hot hatches worldwide. The K20C is a highly stressed engine that generates serious heat under sustained high-load driving, and with the FK8 a firm favourite on track days and time attack events, cooling performance matters more than ever.
Koyorad's all-aluminium radiator is a direct bolt-in performance upgrade for the FK8, engineered to the same factory fit and mounting points as the OE unit. Nocolok furnace brazed, precision TIG welded by hand, and triple pressure tested — it retains all OEM fan shroud mounts and stock hose connections with no modifications required.
