1. Can I pick up my online order from your store?

2. What shipping methods do you use?

We use reliable couriers for fast and trackable deliveries:

From Japan:

  • Various shipping companies

We choose the best courier based on your location, order size, and urgency. Direct supplier shipping is also available to speed up delivery.


3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Weight & dimensions of your order
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method you choose

We’ll always select the best delivery option for your order. Need urgent shipping? Let us know! Additional charges may apply. You can also use your own courier account—just provide the details when ordering.


4. Is delivery insured?

Insurance is optional and available upon request. Courier deliveries are traceable, but we recommend insurance for valuable items over $100. Additional charges will apply based on the courier’s rates.


5. How long will it take to get my products?

Within Australia:

  • Express Post (Australia Post): Next business day*
  • Standard Post (Australia Post): 3 - 21 days*
  • Couriers Please: 1 - 5 days*
  • Australian Air Express: Overnight

International Deliveries:

Small Orders (from Australia):

  • FedEx / TNT: 2 - 5 business days*

Large Orders or Bulky Items:

  • Air Freight Express: 3 - 10 days*
  • Economy Air: 10 - 21 days*
  • Ocean Freight: 10 - 90 days*

6. Are there delivery delays?
